A lot of people just see social media as a place to waste time and talk to friends and people virtually. Many don't seem to understand that you can make a business out of it, or use it to bring more customers to your business.
Whether you run a website, service, sell products...whatever business you run, there is usually some way social media can help you grow and produce a great online presence.
However when using social media there is some etiquette you need to follow because it's a lot different then just talking to someone in person.
