Roasted Pink Pears, Cambozola, Speck, Toast, Cilantro Sprouts
Made a very large pot of Concorde Grape Mostarda last night. Amazing, fabulous mostarda, favourite mostarda that I've ever cooked.
Roasted pears, impressed as hell with this technique, sweet/savoury, will definitely be using this method again.
Nibbly food after an evening of preserving.
