Our
necks often falls in pain as a result of keeping body in wrong position
at the time of siting during study or daily usual works. In this
situation, you can get benefit by changing your habits. Some

Don’t work for long time in one position by bending neck. In office or
desk, some one workes bending his or her neck. If it, take rest at least
once in per hour. You can also take little exercise or move here and
there for a while.

Keep your eyes parallel to your computer monitor in office. And when
you are with your laptop in won room, use a table or a pillow under it
on your lap. Don’t talk over mobile by catching the mobile between your
neck and shoulder. It is also not right to catch phone for long time. In
this case you can use earplugs.

Don’t use extra pillow during sleep. This will create pressure on your
neck. Use a light pillow to keep your backbone straight.
4.
Sometimes ae try to see bending back our head as a result of problem in
eyes. In This case check your eyes by specialist and use eyeglass if
necessary.
5.
Don’t lay bending your body on sofa at the time of passing aimless
time, watching TV or listening music. Seat a right on chair or sofa. And
take a break
