Nectarine Mint Sweet Tea

There is nothing like a good cup of tea and a long book on a warm summer day. This Nectarine Mint Sweet Tea is the perfect combination of everything summer mixed up into one refreshingly icy drink.

When it comes to iced tea, I am extremely picky. I try not to be, I really do. The thing is though, I grew up in the south where tea is just as sweet as the sunshine is strong. So when we go out to eat and the words, “We don’t have sweet tea, would sweet-n-low do?” are uttered I can’t help but cringe.

This recipe though? It’s one of my favorites, and it’s not loaded with sugar. If you aren’t a mint person this recipe is also very easy to modify. You can skip the mint altogether or try another herb like Basil.

I absolutely love it!
