Americans like when corporations like solar, and that they are moving toward a sustainable future. Marketing officers are glad when a company moves toward sustainability, but most people don't even know that a corporation has built a reputation for environmental stewardship.

Consumers don't know because they can't see it. An organization called +Spotlight Solar is hoping to change that, by manufacturing aesthetically pleasing architectural solar structures that are publicly accessible. If people can see that a company is moving toward solar, then they can appreciate and support the company for doing so.

Reputation is valuable. Solar trees can offer shade as well as charging up laptops and phones. Hopefully every organization can put a spotlight on solar and education the general public.
