1. Green and Passion Tea Energy Drink

This concoction is loaded with antioxidants and caffeine to give you the energy boost.

Ingredients –

  • 2 tea bags of green tea
  • 1 tea bag of passion tea
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 100 ml of filtered water
  • 4 to 5 drops of stevia liquid or any other natural sweetener like honey

Procedure –

Boil the water in a small vessel. Leave the tea bags in the water for around 2 to 3 minutes. Remove the tea bags once the tea has completely infused into the water. Add the lime juice to the water. Sweeten the concoction with the natural sweetener.You can consume it, as one shot energy drink. If you want to relish it as a cool drink you can add another 100ml of water to the concoction. Chill it and sip it as a drink.


2. Lime and Lemon Healthy Energy Drinks

Lime and lemon are citrus fruits which make the body alkaline. They help to maintain the electrolyte balance in the body and provide for instant energy.

Ingredients –

  • ¼ cup of fresh squeezes sweet lime juice from 3 sweet limes
  • ¼ cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice from 3 lemons
  • 5 to 6 drops of natural sweetener or honey
  • 1 and ½ cups of filtered water
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

Procedure –

Take the 3 fresh limes and squeeze the juice out of them using a squeezer. Similarly squeeze 3 lemons for its juice and store separately in a cup. In a blender pour the two juices, salt, and the natural sweetener. Blend it well enough till the juices mix up uniformly. Add the water and blend again for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour the concoction into a tall glass and drop in some ice cubes to have it chilled.


3. The Berries Energy Drink

This is an energy-laden smoothie which you can have at the start of the day for breakfast. It gives the required energy to get going through the rest of the day

Ingredients –

  • ½ cup of mixed or any of the following berries frozen or fresh – Raspberries, Blueberries, and Blackberries
  • ½ cup of orange juice from 2 oranges
  • ½ cup of freshly set yogurt
  • ½ cup of filtered water
  • ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract

Procedure –

Wash the 2 oranges and squeeze the juice out of it in a cup. Pour the orange juice into the blender. Add the vanilla extract and yogurt to the orange juice in the blender. Run the blender for 2 to 3 minutes. Next, wash the berries and add it to the contents of the blender. Run the blender again for 2 to 3 minutes. Finally, add the filtered water into the blender and run it again for 2 minutes. Pour the contents into a large glass cup and savor it first thing in the morning.


4. Coconut Water Energy Drink

Coconut water is a wholesome drink which contains all the minerals and vitamins for the day. When it is combined with some fresh fruit it makes a nice smoothie drink which can pep you immediately.

Ingredients –

  • 3 cups of coconut water
  • 2 teaspoons of natural sweetener like honey or stevia liquid
  • 1 cup of filtered drinking water
  • ¼ teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1 cup of fresh strawberries

Procedure –

Break up 2 to 3 tender coconuts and collect the juice in a vessel. Wash the strawberries and put in a blender. Add the salt and the sweetener to it. Add little by little of the coconut water and blend it. Do it a couple of times emptying the contents into another vessel if the blender cannot hold everything at one go. Finally, add the water and blend again for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour the drink into a tall glass add ice cubes to the concoction if you want it cold.

Berries contain natural sugars which get released slowly within the body. Hence it gives sustained energy over a long period of time. With a dash of lime and mint leaves the flavor of the drink is enhanced further.

Ingredients 1 cup of mixed blueberries and red berries –

  • 1 cup of filtered water
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 4 to 5 mint leaves

Procedure –

Wash the berries and put it in the blender. Squeeze a lemon and extract its juice in a bowl. Pour this into the blender. Next, wash the mint leaves and add it to the contents of the blender. Run the blender for 2 to 3 minutes. Now add the water and blend again for 2 to 3 minutes till the contents get uniformly mixed up. Pour it into a tall glass and enjoy the drink.

Oranges are full of fiber and antioxidants. Coconut water and bananas contain potassium which helps in the building of healthy cells which in turn boots energy.

Ingredients –

  • ½ cup of Coconut water
  • ½ cup of orange juice
  • ½ cup of milk
  • ½ cup of sliced ripened banana pieces

Procedure –

Break up one tender coconut and extract the water from it into a vessel. Squeeze two oranges to get ½ cup of orange juice. Take ripe bananas and cut them into pieces. Measure ½ cup of banana pieces and put in the blender. Add the orange juice and run the blender for 2 to 3 minutes. Next slowly add the milk and keep running the blender. Repeat the same by adding milk in the end. The yummy energy laden drink is now ready.


7. Watermelon and Coconut Water Healthy Energy Drinks

  • 1 cup of cubed ripened watermelon cubes
  • 1 cup of coconut water
  • Juice from one fresh lemon
  • 1/8 the teaspoon of salt

Procedure –

Take a ripe watermelon and cut it open. Scrap the skin off and deseed it while cutting it into cubes. Take a cup of watermelon cubes and drop into the blender. Next, break a tender coconut and extract the coconut water from it into a glass. Squeeze a fresh lemon and extract juice from it into a bowl. 8. Apple Cider Vinegar Energy Drink

Apple Cider Vinegar contains magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, vitamin B1, B2 and B6.

Ingredients –

  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of natural sweetener or honey
  • 2 cups of filtered water

Procedure –

Pour the water into the blender. Add the apple cider vinegar concentrate to the water along the natural sweetener. Run the blender till all the contents get properly mixed up. Pour into a tall glass and savor the drink.


9. Cherry and Lemon Energy Drink

Ingredients –

  • 1 cup brewed green tea
  • ½ cup of pure unsweetened cherry juice

  • ¼ cup of lemon juice
  • ½ cup of orange juice
  • 1 ½ cups of filtered water
  • 1 teaspoon of natural sweetener or honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon of salt

Procedure –

Take a fresh lemon and squeeze the juice out of it. Add ¼ cup of water to it to get ¼ cup of lemon juice. Take 2 oranges and extract juice out of it to make ½ cup of juice.
