Vanilla Cream Cheese Icing
My son's birthday cake, which he enjoyed immensely. Yes, I sent (after absconding with a slice) the rest of the cake home with him.
Worked out the details on the cream cheese icing, increased the icing sugar and decreased the whipping cream. A totally pipeable cream cheese icing.
Raisins where a must, I'd like to try soaking the raisins in alcohol first (next time), for a moister and more intense cake.
4 tier carrot cake, achievement unlocked.
